Our Food


Joe Dibley, the Executive Chef serves great tasting dishes with little fuss, classic combinations and lots of flavour. Joe is committed to sourcing local and seasonal produce but above all it is the quality that counts. We take pride in searching for the best quality local suppliers.*

 

Food is served in the main restaurant, the bar and when the glorious Devon weather permits in the courtyard outside. We aim for relaxed dining- we welcome all, children, dogs, and well-behaved adults! We aim to keep the restaurant and some of the bedrooms dog-free but you are welcome to bring your dog anywhere else in the premises.

Opening Times

Breakfast - 8.30 – 10 every day

Lunch – 12.00 to 2.30pm every day; Sundays from 12 until we run out of roast!

Afternoon – open for cream teas, coffee, tea, and the daily dessert selection

Evening – Monday to Thursday – 6.30pm to 8.30pm

Friday and Saturday – 6.30pm – 9pm

Sundays we serve pizzas and dessert only from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.
